It's like Match.com for adulterers

It's difficult to believe this billboard is real, not a doctored photo for The Onion. Sad really. But it is, and it can be found in LA at the intersection of Wilshire and San Vicente, near the Jewish Federation building (not that there is any connection). LAObserved points out the ad for the website "for women seeking romantic affairs — and the men who want to fulfill them."

Trademarked tagline: "When monogamy becomes monotony."

I don't know what to say. I showed this post to my 18 year old, very optimistic daughter. She was shocked and could not believe people would actually use such a service. It is what we need in this land; another commercial enterprise to help us crush God's plan for healthy families.

It is sickening. How, Jimmy, did you explain the billboard to your daughter? Obviously, she is old enough to understand adultery, but what did you say about the reasons a company would market to people wanting an affair?
